Question: if u get donated blood how would the heart react from diffrent blood being pumped out from the blood whats getting put in you?

The heart would normally react fine as the patient who is receiving the blood has a blood sample taken and this is matched to a suitable and compatible pack of blood which has been donated and tested ready for use. These are matched for many different things but especially the blood group which must be compatible or else the patient will have a Transfusion reaction which can happen instantly making the person very sick and this is potentially life threatening as incompatible blood is attacked by the body. During a blood transfusion you are constantly monitored by doctors and nurses in case anything goes wrong. The Scotblood website shows you a table for which blood groups are compatible with each group or I have also included a link to the Nobel Prize – Blood Typing game which you can have a go at to see if you can transfuse the patient the correct blood type.
