Question: if your blood vessels dont work right is it a problem with the heart or another type of problem

If your blood vessels are not working right it is a slightly different problem to your heart. But they are very closely linked. If your blood vessels aren’t working it can have bad affects on your heart, and a lot of the things that mean you are more likely o have heart illness also mean you are more likely to have blood vessel illness.
