      I quite like going hill walking with friends when the weather is nice. I have also recently taken up rock climbing so this maybe my new thing. I have also been getting lessons for snowboarding but this is inside at the moment on an artificial slope in preparation for maybe one day going to the french alps.

      I love running! It is a great way to discover new places and free your mind. It makes you feel great and help you relieve stress. I ran 3 marathons during my PhD and plan to run more in the future 🙂 Otherwise, I also love having walks in parks which are plentiful in London.

      I love running and cycling. I have run 5 marathons (in Italy, the United States, England x2, and Scotland! I have also run a 45 mile ultramarathon!
