  You bet! I am an introvert. I had to go through a phase in life when I had adapted my personality trait. And, I sincerely believe that we can!

  I was sometimes nervous, and sometimes I still am. But i take a deep breath and do it anyway, pretend to be confident! And once I have done it I am proud of myself.
