      I went to Glasgow Caledonian University, the reason I chose this univeristy as it offered a course I was interested in Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Applied Biomedical Science which included a placement at a hospital lab. My placement was in blood transfusion. This university was also accredited by the Insitute of Biomedical Science (IBMS) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) which you must be a member of to work in the NHS.
